Apple vs Burst.com -- The Patent Showdown

Who do YOU think will win? (I'd make this a poll, but I want posts and reasons why)

I think Burst.com will win, simply because they own the patents and produce products that use them. Apple has no chance.

Apple loses.  Burst has the patents, and I can't find why Apple says they are invalid.

Why is the first article titled "Burst wants a Piece of Apple"  clearly Apple started it.  And seriously WTF!?, if Microsoft already lost this same battle over the same patents, then why is Apple even going to try, it would that purchasing a non-exclusive patent license would be cheaper than a legal battle.  It isn't like Burst is saying they can't use their technology, just that they have to pay to use it.

What patents does Burst own?  It wasn't clear other then Apple is infringing them with the iPod..

a. The first article writer is an absolute moron.
b. Apple is run by a moron who thinks the patents were somehow invalidated. Yeah. $60M to Burst and they somehow become invalid. Ok. You deserve to lose this case.
