There is an alarming number of occurrences of the number 420 in devices/laws meant to restrict people's freedom.  "If this doesn't get your conspiracy alarm bells ringing, you need to smoke some more pot."

This is so stupid. What about all those coincidences involving the numbers 9/11 or numbers/events that spelled out/added up to 9/11 in some way?

Interesting nonetheless. For all those cicrumstances revolving the ANPR systems, there was alot of "420" "instances", the odds of that are amazing!
