Are you kidding? I just whiped my hard drive for private reasons..Let's say the FBI raids my house and searches my computer, would I be safe?

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

Dude, I wouldn't even want to touch the "unused" ones.  How do you suppose the Quality Assurance team ensures that everything is working?
