Just cause no one writes viruses for them 'cause no one uses them.  Macs are really just trendy wall art.

Blah, I wouldn't agree. Linux and Windows are probably more popular for home use, but a ton of schools use macs.

I don't understand how sidoh couldve used a apple IIe, and be the first computer he used.
Apple 2 required some programming knowledge in order to use, and it came out in 1983.

I have parents who helped me learn, nubcake.  I'm pretty sure you have a brain.  Use it.

In any case, it wasn't an Apple IIe.  It was an Apple II GS.  I thought it was Apple IIe because there's a graveyard of them at my school.  The name was much more prominent in my mind.

After seeing the picture, I'm nearly positive that was it.

If you ever go into work with graphic or audio editing, I'm nearly positive you will.  Like I said, Macs have their purpose.  For at least the two things I just listed, they are noticeably superior to the PC.
Not really.  Without AltiVec, Macs have no real advantage over PCs, and you can have the same specs on PCs that you can Macs.

.. you are really, really good at annoying me.

As I've stated, inherent compatability is definitely an advantage.  Also, if that's all that is keeping PC's from surpassing Macs in every realm, why the fuck don't they implement it?

Linux? Popular for home use!

Hah!

Linux is strong on the server. That's about it.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

Because IBM developed the processors that used AltiVec, and they were never up to speed with the processors used on the x86 architecture.  That and the x86 architecture doesn't allow for that extra cycle that carries that information.

Too bad IBM failed, huh?  They failed for a reason.

If that was the only reason Macs had any superiority, they would have at least released a model that provided the same supremacy on said processes.
