That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

I wonder if this is a good thing or bad.
Typically that means that orange prices will go up.  Supply drops -> demand increases -> prices increase -> demand goes down.

This whole orange shortage reminds me of that movie w/Eddie Murphy.
Its about 2 old rich men who bet on making Eddie (a poor crook) a deceent guy & making their son in law a (a rich decent guy) a poor crook.
