Ahh, but RockBox already has this feature. I guess corporations play catch-up to the open source community again, eh?

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

See, the problem is that Apple is patenting something stupidly obvious.

Why? Because of Microsoft suing them for the iPod interface, even though Microsoft patented it after Apple had invented/released the iPod.  So now Apple is (has to) patent stupid things.

I hate the way the patent stuff works in the US.  It's stupid.

Wow rockbox had this? Cool!

I think the problem with Patents in the US is that it's too ..bah hard to explain. It just doesnt take into account who actually thought of it first it just cares about who filed for the idea first. Then again I think the whole Patent ordeal is stupid.

I mean if two people have the same idea (This may come as a shock but it can happen) the person who profits should be the one who can make it sell. Theres more to making money than an idea, you need to capitalize on that idea and turn it into a product.
One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.
