Sure it does! The more liniar your family tree is, the more likely you are to be an idiot that is un-able to think through situations. Incest ridden familys are full of stupid people. There's more incest is the south, so, thus more southerners are fuckheads than northern-states-men. Although, it's more of an observation than a fact.
