I don't understand why a person would drink canned or instant or premade or whatever you want to call it tea.
Because it tastes better.  Sorry! :P

Are the rumors true that if you're in the north and ask for a glass of tea they bring you unsweetened? Or if you ask for a glass of sweet tea (if they know what you're talking about) bring you a glass of unsweetended tea, a spoon, and sugar packets?
If you're here and you ask for tea, you'll generally get a glass (or tea-pot) of near-boiling water, a tea bag, sugar, and cream, and from there you build your tea yourself.  Sometimes the restaurants put the tea-bag in the near-boiling water for you.

I thought it was really weird when we went to Florida and my stepmom asked for tea and they said, "hot or cold?" --- that's a concept that we don't have up here.  It's either 'tea' or 'ice tea'.

Almost everybody here drinks hot tea.  Like I said, that's the default mode, and a very common one.

Where I am from in Missouri, they just ask you if you want Sweetened or Unsweetened tea.

Lay now forevermore slender;
And all winds that liven
Silhouette a lone existence;
A leafless oak grasping at eternity.

When you ask for iced tea you're brought a glass of iced tea with a wedge of lemon.  If the place is any kind of not-sucky, there will be a thingy of sugar, sweet & low, and [the pink ones] packets on the table.

It still sucks because sugar doesn't disolve properly in cold stuff, that's why the sugar is added after brewing. I usually use the sugar on the table to sweeten my sweet tea though because most restraunts can't get it right (like Dennys!)

I drink Soda.
Mug != Coke
A&W != Coke
Barq's != Coke
Sprite != Coke
Sunkist != Coke
Coke == Coke
Pepsi == Coke
Everything else sucks.

Pepsi == Coke
Debatable :P
Very.  Pepsi > Coke IMO.

But any type of Root Beer > *. :P

::)

Pepsi and Coke have distinguishable differences in taste.  I think I'd be able to tell the two appart if given a series of cups. :P

It doesn't matter.  No place (talking restaraunts and the such) sell Coke AND Pepsi, so if you order one of them you get what they have.
