So I loaded CS on my new laptop :(

On my old laptop is played at like 80fps, on this one I'm at 19.86fps :(

How sad & hard to play.

Pah.  I went from 20 to 50.  It's all good.  20fps is fine, it just takes a little to get used to it.

The human eye generally recognises things at 16 fps, so with 20 it should be peachy. I used to play with 8-14fps all the time. That's a bitch.

It's not that simple, though.  There's more that goes into making something with frames look fluid.

:P  I got 4 in smoke, and 7-8 near it (ie: visible, even across the map).
