Cat-Dog (not the TV show)

Is this really even possible? A cat giving birth to puppies? I though dogs and cats were different species and thus couldn't mate.
Who thinks this is real? I'll personally believe it but I would like a little more proof. I mean interspecies breeding?

It might be possible to fertilize dog eggs and then plant them into a cat's fetus, but dogs and cats can't actually mate.

Well according to this they mated. That was why I am unsure to how this could be true.

It says a cat had puppies soon after mating with a dog. And the cats have dog traits. Look at them. They look like puppies to me. Or a mix between the two. Which biologically shouldn't be possible. The only animals that can do that are a male horse and a female donkey to produce a mule.

Never heard of Cat+Dog= cag or cog or dat.
Especially not Cat+Dog=dog or cat.
