It was early in the morning, my roommate won't stop sniffing his nose, I'm wildly irritable and I had a low tollerance for pendantic corrections.  What do you mean "lately?"  I'm pretty certain that was the only outburst I've had in quite some time.  I've seen you angry a number of times and you don't see me telling you to calm down. :P
