A few questions have been boggling my mind over the past few days and I thought you'd be interested in answering some in your opinion. I'll probably add some more eventually, so keep checking for edits (if you're bored).
1. This is mostly for males, although females (aka Kaleeko) are welcomed to answer either about themselves or what they think males should do. When swimming, do you wear underwear under your trunks? What if you were walking around, completely dry, out of the water, but still required to wear trunks (aka, lifeguarding)?
Personally, I wear underwear under my suit in both cases. When I'm swimming, I don't have much of a reason, except that I usually end up swimming after lifeguarding at the current time. As far as lifeguarding goes, I do wear underwear under my suit, because the netting tends to give me a wedgie, and it really sucks. Also, in both cases, it allows an extra layer of hold-down-ness when your happy friend springs up upon seeing a girl in a two piece suit (admit it, it happens to you all), which can be especially bad when you're a lifeguard, because if a girl complains to your supervisor, "HE GOT A GIANT ERECTION WHEN I WAS IN HIS WATER.. EWWWW!!", you're screwed big time. Uh, that part isn't really for the girls.
2. There are three guys. One guy shoots another guy. A bystander, probably an authority figure in the esablishment (bouncer, barkeep, etc) sneaks up behind the shooter and.. incapaciates him somehow. He is, miraculously, trained in CPR, and upon noticing that the victim has no pulse (cardiac arrest, clinically dead), performs it on the victim, resusicating him, and he eventually recovers. The shooter wakes up eventually, but he's in the custody of the cops. Should he be charged with attempted murder, or murder?
My opinion is rather unformed here, so I'll go with what a teacher of mine said: "They go by the intent and the outcome, not the facts. It was attempted murder."
I had more, but I've forgotten them. More later!
