« on: December 21, 2006, 07:23:32 pm »
So... you guys say it probably won't work afterwards... How do I get it to work :| ?
Who gives a damn? I fuck sheep all the time.
And yes, male both ends.  There are a couple lesbians that need a two-ended dildo...My router just refuses to wear a strap-on.

It should work so long that the chipsets are similar, yet it will probably run much slower than it could. Reinstalling Windows should get everything up to speed.

Boot with your Windows disc and do a Repair installation.
I have a programming folder, and I have nothing of value there

Running with Code has a new home!

Our species really annoys me.

Boot with your Windows disc and do a Repair installation.

Keep in mind this will overwrite your registry and SAM (user accounts), therefore programs that depend on registry keys will cease to function, and you will have to change ownership of files in user folders.  All and all, this is probably a bad way to go.

It will only overwrite the SYSTEM hive, which is the part of the registry that deals with hardware.  It does NOT overwrite the SAM nor does it destroy your registry.
