I think that's a pretty interesting find.  I really do hope this works.  It has the potential to save many lives.  But, would this cause HIV to spread even more?  Ignorant people who don't understand this treatment and take it as a "cure" might have sex with someone else and thus giving them HIV.  Would it only make it more prevalent?

What about the kids born with it?  What about people who got it through tainted blood (before they checked transfusions for aids)?  Rape victims?  Accidents (ie, burst condom)?  I guess they don't matter. 

It's true that people should take responsibility for their actions, though.  I know so many people who've had unprotected sex that it's just unbelievable, and if they contract AIDS I'm supposed to feel sorry for them?  While meanwhile others are spending their money and time to prevent themselves from getting it, like everybody ought to. 

However, that statement is just for the western world.   I understand that there are places where it still spreads because they can't afford protection or they're uneducated.  It would be nice to help them.

That's true, I just look at it as the majority who get it from accidents or things they couldn't control as just way too small to add in. Those few I would show simpathy for, but you rarely meet them.
