I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

HAI MY NAME IS NEWBY AND I SUCK AT LIFE SO I WILL PLAY WOW.

Uhh, this is a good game if you have lots of free time to spend :D But if you don't have that much free time right now, or have problems prioritizing it, wait till summer to buy the game.

9 days left on the trial.

What is the point of the trial? If I upgrade, do I just not get a free month? :P

The point of a trial is to give people the opportunity to try the game without paying or feeling obligated to pay.  It's sort of like test driving a car before you buy it, I guess.

The free trial sucks. You cannot use mail, you cannot use the auction house, you cannot get passed level 20, and you cannot talk out loud - among other small but annoying things. I was on the trial and upgraded.

Grats on level 9 :P

Remember, experience levels aren't linear. Aproxmimately level 13 is halfway to 20, 20 is halfway to 30, 30 is halfway to 40, 40 is halfway to 60, and 60 is halfway to 70 or so.

Good luck Newby. I'll see you on the other side.

I don't see any comment in this thread that suggests that the experience required to level is **constant.  If it had a linear growth, level 10 still wouldn't be half way to level 20.

Gnome rogues are pretty cool. Although, I hate them in PvP.. Healing them, that is. If they aren't in my party and god knows who they are, trying to target them is a pain in the arse. I usually just click the Tauren pwning them and then target-of-target off of them. Hell, I do that in instances, too.

My bear eats gnomes for breakfast.

Do nametags show up when you're dead? I seem to remember them not showing when you're in ghost form, and then popping up when you resurrect (too late), although I don't doubt too much that this is customizable.

Not bad, but you need to constrain the text a little more, make the width less.. It's roll over the borders, looks kinda funny.

The requested URL http:// was not found on this server. Word.

What level are (were) you, warz? I love how it took a nine-man group to run LBRS.. you were probably an aggro-magnet or something, lol.
I'd personally do as Joe suggests

You might be right about that, Joe.

Pfft Locks. I swear this out of all Classes needs a nerf. I cant belive that any of other class at 10% health with 60% mana can kill a 100% feral druid and I got the jump on him. He feared me curse and I swear that was the worst experince in my PvP career ever.

Fear needs a good 5-10 second cooldown, and it's GG 'locks.

You have weird tastes. Duskwood suxxxxxxxxxxxed the big one.

I'd rather you contribute a valid argument (regardless of what side you're arguing) than contribute some ridiculous exaggeration.  Remember, your reasoning is shared by the same 12-year-olds that overrun The Barrens on every server.

Well from what I read since I do play on Crushridge and Feathermoon is in the Same battlegroup as us. I have read the Battlegroup forums of late and heard nothing but Flames and bashing of the Feathermoon pvpers, Horde and Alliance. A recent Forum poll showed  Feathermoon ranked 1st in Worst over all PvP in our Battlegroup.

I have witnessed this frist hand as we were doing WSG I had a Feathermoon premade with me and one other pug from blightcaller and we were beaten by a pug of random tier 0 and tier 1 horde. I know that dosent count as anything since maybe the pug had an off day but It was 0-3 I was ranked 1st in KBs and Healing and I also so no helping on me flag running and or D. This wasent the frist time.

I am not directly saying that all Feathermoon pvpers "such as yourself" are terrible but Most. So the fact of the matter is its not really that diffcult to be a great pvper on an RP server when all the people want to do is mess around.

Please show me where I said I loved the PvP on Feathermoon.  I don't give a shit. :P

Feathermoon has an excellent community.  I don't get ganked while I level... it's a pretty simple concept.  I don't really care how crappy the PvPers on Feathermoon are (especially since I don't play anymore...).  I can PvP quite well; I don't need the rest of my server to excel.

29. Gonna shoot for 30 later tonight.

I destroyed some random 26 horde (troll and/or UD hunter, I can't remember). Hehehehe!

I was near VC entrance, and a 26 hunter was running through. I threw some dots on him, he frozen trapped my succubus (who whipped him and slapped him up good), and I tried to chase him down, but my dots destroyed him before he had a chance to get away. +3 honor for me. 8)

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

First Battlegrounds! (In I'm Rollin Deep..)
« Reply #77 on: February 14, 2007, 10:23:25 pm »
33. And I competed in my first battleground and got #2 in deaths! (The number of times I got pwned.)

I think I was one of the highest honorable kills (46... only a few got higher) but I only got 5 killing blows. Some 38 rogue kept ripping my shit apart. :/

I also think I was the lowest level in the BG.

Go BG at 39. You would pwn alot more. Also you get a free mount at level 40.

You can BG at 38 too, since you don't get any new spells at 39 ;D

But you get a talent point, more hp/mana, and different gear you can wear.
It is good to be good, but it is better to be lucky.

I got a 38 lock, just never geared him up for PvP in this bracket. I might do that seeing that you just inspired me by being a low level, and getting that high in rankings.

I'm 34 and a half. I'd keep playing but I have lacrosse tryouts at 7am tomorrow (check forum for a post on that).

Desolace is pretty nice. Too bad I failed a quest because some 36 orc hunter tried to jump me for a third time. I was supposed to escort some lady. Instead, I raped the hunter pretty badly, for the third time. As I killed him, I failed the quest. :(!!!!!!

I keep getting jumped and I keep winning. Either I rule, or warlocks rule. Or both. 8)

EDIT -- Oh yeah, some 35 BE Priest got raped when he was walking into a wall. I guess I made him angry, he got me when I was creeping 2-3 scorpions, so of course he got me. Then he got the wrath of the scorpions. SS myself back to life, summon succubus in 0.5 seconds flat, DOT him up, whip him down to health, and then let the creeps finish him. Camp his corpse once. Life is good. He didn't try raping me past that. :)

If you fail a quest. Just abandoned  it and go back to her and try it agian. Also desolace and STV is where you want to be right now. Hit a couple of SM runs too.

You will most likely get ganked in STV, I'd say stick to desolace. Then go to Badlands around 37 or 38.

Nah. People try and jump me, and I rape the shit out of them. Sacrifice on VW (1000 damage absorbing shield for 30 seconds) + summon succubus > level 38 rogue, who ran like a fucking bitch away from me. :(

STV will get you to 50+, so you won't be running into just 30s  :P
