Anyone know of a plugin for gaim, trillian or regular AIM that lets me hide all my IM windows with a key combo?

Creative brains are a valuable, limited resource. They shouldn't be wasted on re-inventing the wheel when there are so many fascinating new problems waiting out there.

If it already exists, and works, it should be used, not remade.

And no, I do not know of a plugin that does that.

EDIT:
Normally its a good idea to find out if something already exists before you attempt to create it anyway. :)

Not really.  If you're wanting to make something for the learning experience, then starting from scratch on your own is an excellent idea.

There may be lots of "new" problems out there, but that doesn't mean re-solving old ones is a bad practice.

Right-click the start bar click "Show Window"? (If you're on Windows...there might be a Mac equivalent..)
