Three day weekend. The principal got up in my face and then got pissed off when I started working on my Civics and gave him the silent treatment. Apparently, that's a suspendable offense. Hm.
LMAO! That's hilarious. However, why would you give him the silent treatment? What exactly was he up in your face about that made you decide to do that?
To teacher: Can I go to the library and get my Health test?
Teacher: Yeah, but you need to do it in [such and such other classroom], it's too loud in here.
To teacher: That room is always louder than this, no matter what happens. Chris could throw a chair and it would still be quieter.
Teacher: Your option is to go get the test and do it in that room, or do nothing at all.
To teacher: I'm going to Mrs Edward's classroom to get my Civics homework I missed, then. [In a "screw you" tone of voice]
* Goes and gets his Civics work
* Arrives back in original classroom
Principal: You need to go get your health test and do it in that other room.
To principal: You're going to tell me to go work in an even noisier classroom because this one is noisy? I'm getting sort of tired of Mr Carr's [teacher] power plays, and the administration going along with it. I'm going to do my Civics.
Principal: You don't have the authority to make that decision.
To principal: Oh yeah? Watch me. [Note: The actual words weren't that intense, but same point]
Principal: Okay, we'll call your dad and suspend you.
To principal: Hah. Sweet, three day weekend for a laughable offense.
Principal: [rattling on about how I need to move]
