Problems Logging On....
« on: March 01, 2007, 04:39:07 pm »
I havent used JavaOp since lockdown, so I'm fairly "rusty" with it, but im having a problem with it logging on.

I know Joe introduced a new JavaOp2 version that uses BNLS, but whenever i connect it still tells me RCRS is down... Why would it still be trying to connect via RCRS? I even leave the RCRS IP default in _GlobalSettings.txt, yet it will still try to connect via RCRS. Is it really trying to? or is the text just saying RCRS is down when its really having problems with BNLS? Or did i miss something in the config. ?

I'm not sure -- are you sure you downloaded the new BNetLogin too, and not just the core?
I'd personally do as Joe suggests

You might be right about that, Joe.

Problem was resolved. see the other thread

I know this Joe. It appears my settings from other .JavaOp2 was the cause of this.. just needed to delete all .JavaOp2 files
