From what I have seen, they are pretty much exactly the same thing as far as features go. uTorrent is quite a bit lighter on system resources though.

Yeah, I use Azureus regardless of platform.  I'm not sure how it compares to some of the other ones (I have used μTorrent, but I didn't find a reason to use it over Azureus), but it does everything I need.

The only other Java program that I use regularly is Zend Studio.  I've been using vim over it for a while, but that's probably because I haven't had any large-scale PHP projects in a while.

Azureus is the best. Even though it is the only one I have ever tried... I recommend it since I haven't had any problems with it, except issues with my computer-- but that has nothing to do with Azureus. It has a nice looking interface and all the options I will ever need and it doesn't slow my computer down at all
