I think I want to try and tie Justice Scalia's opinions & judicial theories into contemporary political theory and how that has an impact on the 'evolution' of human rights in our country.
...that sounds too convoluted for a thesis statement though.
...maybe "How Justice Scalia's judicial conservativism effects the evolution of human rights in America"?
also, should I maybe throw a bit of other judicial philosophies (stuff I've read about scalia already has it and tears it apart
) & how those philosophies ought not work within our Constitution to grant these new rights that are being created?
