"Cleared of wrong-doing"?  WTF?  He maced and tried to arrest a minor for (not) shortchanging him $10 even after talking to the manager about the issue.  ZOMG!  THEY CONSPIRED TO STEAL $10!!  What a douchebag.  Ohio sucks.
