leg trouble?

ok as you guys and gals know i recently got surgery on my knee and well recovery is going fine while i am in bed but when i get up to crutch my way around i can feel all the blood rush to my knee and well i was wondering if this was normal i also have been getting light headed if i stand for too long. has anyone else had surgery and felt this??

You've been laying down with leg elevated, yeah?

When I sat in a CHAIR at the computer with my leg only slightly elevated I felt like that :(
It'll go away eventaully

it is mostly parallel with the floor and sometimes  elevated

Yeah...I experienced that.

Except when it first all started my entire body was pretty much parallel so when I tried to sit up blood went weird
