How do I tell my Slack 10.2 box to use a usb port for my network connection instead of my eth0?

If you have the proper driver, it should show up as eth1. Use "dmesg" after plugging it in to see what's going on, it should tell you if it was detected.

I looked in the box and there was a CD with the drivers for it (yay!) but I need to make them myself.  This sucks cause I didn't install the kernel source when I installed Slack, and it needs the kernel source to build.  What a pain.  I'm using my PSP to transfer the source.  I'll update when I'm done whatever it is I need to do..
