Yes, but you forgot the wand-lore.  Harry defeated Malfoy.  Malfoy was really the one that truly defeated Dumbledore, as he had disarmed him.  Thus, when Harry defeated Malfoy (who defeated Dumbledore who possessed the Elder Wand), he was the wand's true master.  That is why Voldemort could never unlock its full potential (even after killing Snape).  And Harry's wand was not used against him.
Also, as Hermione has touted several times throughout the book, it's not just the wand but the person using the wand.

Any other huge plot holes you want filled?

Grindelwald v Dumbledore, dumbass

The whole point of having a supa wand is that it'll give you an edge over an equally skilled wizard when all else is equal

2) Not really a plot hole, but the Deathly Hallows are completely useless

How is that? When they dueled, he only had the wand. He didn't have the deathly hallows, if you remember. He didn't have the stone or the cloak.

Edit: Forgot to mention that earlier, when I read the title "Harry Dies!" before reading the book, I was SO pissed. So whoever made that title deserves to get banned, no lie.  :P

Aww, aren't you just the sore loser.

Yeah, the super wand did just that, now didn't it?  </sarcasm>  Did you even READ the book or are you just trolling like usual?  This was explicitly stated in the book, I'm not even going to bother with your stupid comment.

The Deathly Hallows were far from useless-they taught Harry that what truly mattered was making Voldemort beatable, not making himself superior but destined to lose.

wow nerd
One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.
