Title: Best Lawsuit ever?
Post by: Sidoh on November 06, 2008, 10:18:15 pm
I'm not sure how long this has been floating around, but it's pretty funny.  This guy sued over 700 people/things/places, including the Eiffel Tower, the King James Bible, Huggies,  The Leaning Tower of Pisa, AARP, Colin Powell, "Area 69", Kevin Bacon, Phi Beta Kappa, and the Merriam-Webster's Dictionary 10th edition, to name a few.

Here's another one where he sues Batman (or the creators of Batman, maybe)?

Haha, what's this guy's deal? Is he just crazy, or trying to make some kind of point?

What did the Federalist Society ever do to him?

Apart from that I have no objections.

I don't know.  Apparently, in 2007, the court disallowed him from filing any lawsuits without providing the appropriate administrative fees that are usually covered for you.  He's still filed something like 1900 lawsuits since then.

I think it's ridiculous enough to assume that he's just making a point, but I don't know -- maybe he really is a bit bonkers.  I think he's in jail right now serving a sentence of illegal money wiring or some crap like that.

"Tsunami victims" nearly made me fall out of my chair laughing at work. I had to forward this to them so they wouldn't think I was crazy.
