Even then it rarely gets below freezing. I've lived here for 7 years now, and I've rarely seen more than maybe 2 weeks of frosts. Last year was pretty cold.
When I was in high school, I would routinely be up before dawn through November (for marching band). I never really experienced frosts or snow. Chicago on the other hand..... bitter, bitter cold.

Wind doesn't suck... it blows. (Kidding)
I was born/raised in Wyoming... the wind was constantly blowing and we had a lot of snow every year (including an anual snowstorm in June!). A few years we had 10'-15' drifts next to our house. The weather sucked there.
Colorado's a lot more mild, much, much less wind.

Are you seriously trying to be "cool" on these forums by stating that you drink and smoke when you were 10? If so you're doing a poorly job of it. I could understand smiroff and other soft drinks which contains alcohol, but you're probably so small that you'll get knock the fuck out with one sip of tequila.

Hehe, funny how cultures differ. In Mexico for example if you can see over the counter you can order.. liqour that is! In the Nederlands the legal beer drinking and buying age is 16. 18 to drink liquor. In the USA it is 21 in California I think (someone in USA/CA could tell me).

I'd like to add, that if you are givin alcohol by your parents, and your under their supervision, its legal at any age. It's possible to get charged if your irresponsible though. :P

No, you can gamble in casinos like Mystic Lake (in MN, example) at 18. They just won't serve you any drinks and whatnot.

Well, see the thing is, since Viejas is a sovereignty, therefore they can have their own laws. Sycuan casino - down the road from my house - has its own set of laws, and it is legal to gamble there at 18. The Sycuan casino parking lot is a rather popular place to drop acid.
