Title: Apache update

I did a major version update on Apache last night (2.2 -> 2.4) and broke a bunch of stuff. I think it's all fixed now, but if you notice anything odd let me know!

The "Insert quote" link when you're already editing a post doesn't work. The AJAX call returns this:
