Title: Religion of peace and reason strikes again

Arrested for allowing kids to name a bear Muhammad?  That doesn't make sense.  People are named Muhammad everywhere, isn't that the most popular Muslim name?

I think for comparison, making an image of Muhammad (even if it's a stuffed animal) is rather like somebody in the US burning a flag. In their mind, you're desecrating something that's extremely important to them, so people will be pissed off at you.

Everybody has their buttons, you can't say that they're crazy.

I didn't say that they were crazy, just that lashing someone for letting kids name a teddy bear doesn't make sense.

Neither does... the Inquisition, Salem Witch Trials, believing the Earth is the center of the universe, and several other things your religion has done.

They aren't lashing her, they said that'e one of the potential punishments by their law. They also said a fine or 6 months in jail. And all that is even if the charges are actually pressed and she's found guilty.

You let it live a happy life of walking on water and turning it to wine.  Then you crucify it.
