All I have to say. This is an actual picture that I took after waiting over 50 mins to enter one of thier Xbox Support Channels. One word: WTF.

Thats the thing, this was the SECOND time I was going through the process. The first time ended in the same result.

Thats what happens to me in blizzard tech support. I am always top in line when it closes if I am trying to get help.

i thought BNET ended Tech Support. last time i was there, no bot was in channel. maybe all the Blizzard ppl are more focused on WoW. and this was during the allowed times.
