I bought a pack of miniatures awhile back, and just had to find an excuse to paint this one. She didn't technically start as a nurse (see the original (http://pulpfigures.com/catalog/pwm12.jpg)), but I made her a little hate and painted her white, and I think she totally passes for one now.

i like how you did the shadow under the eyes to make her look more evil/mysterious
I paint the eyes first, then I paint black around them, then I paint flesh colour. I just left some of the black.

It'd be better if the nurse had a few blood stains on her apron. That'd look pretty sweet, imo. :)
