Happy April fools day.
I don't know if it ever went public but last year we did technically impeach him, but never truly voted him out. Good fun!
I don't think you know what "impeach" means ;)
Not to be outdone by Joe...

To impeach is to start a vote for removal.
Example:
The United States government started a vote in congress to remove President Clinton from office, but the vote failed.
Clan x86 started a vote to remove Queen Newby from office, but the vote failed (or was called off?).

Note the "wink" -- that means I'm implying something dirty. :)

You are not only retarded, but
fucking retarded.
Clinton was impeached, as was President Johnson. Neither were removed from office, however.
Technically, the word impeach has an even looser definition: to accuse. It's a very high accusation, though.

You said impeachment was starting a vote to remove someone, that is wrong. Impeachment, specifically in the U.S. House of Reps., is simply a majority vote. It isn't a vote for removal, it's more of what you might compare to a Grand Jury in the regular judicial system.
Conviction of the bad behavior is what removes him, that's another vote.

Absolutely none of these, from a glance over, say you're right. (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=define%3A+impeachment&btnG=Google+Search) :|
QuoteThe House of Representatives must first pass "articles of impeachment" by a simple majority.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeachment#Process
Then the Senate votes to convict (2/3 required to pass).
The House just says "OK, now the Senate can try him" just as Grand Juries say "OK, now the trial court can try him."
Number 6 in newby's list says I'm right.
I declare the horse dead. Want to give it CPR, Craz3d? It bled out, though, so it won't do much.
Impeachment IS formally being charged, but it ISN'T how you said "starting a vote is impeachment."
