I've been talking to Joe's ex for a long time now, but it wasn't until today that something special happened. We're now officially going out. (I hope I'm not the first one to break it to the poor guy.)

I really hope that's Photoshopped!  Honestly, if that personally actually looks like I feel horrible and to post a picture of her as a joke is pretty cruel.

If I looked like that, I would be more pissed that people feel bad for me.

Except he was not the one to post her picture -- he is protesting the picture having been posted in the first place. If the picture had not been posted, he would not have said he felt sorry for her, no harm done.
