Title: Tristania
Post by: Ender on April 13, 2008, 04:13:21 AM
So I've pushed them before, and I'll push them again.

http://www.myspace.com/tristania

What do you guys think?

They're one of my favorite bands, or at least when Stene was in the band, and even moreso when Veland was in the band.

They have a myspace, thus they automatically fail.  End of discussion.  Somebody lock this thread.

So does (http://www.myspace.com/soad) System of a Down (http://www.x86labs.org/forum/index.php/topic,1476.msg12528.html#msg12528).

Mezmerize does not have a myspace page, System of a Down does.  Besides, I'm tired of them now anyway.  Someone lock that thread too.

So does Hatebreed. (No, I don't even need to check, much less link you to it.)

Why's that?

I don't like Myspace either.  I'll admit that I have a bit of bias against it which probably clouds my judgement a little bit, but I don't like the general culture that's associated with it.  I realize that it doesn't really have a target audience other than people who like to stay in touch over the tubernet, but there certainly are trends there that I don't like.

i liek myspace. it makez stalkin ppl rly ez.

But seriously, MySpace is like, the OPPOSITE of what you're taught about the internet. Never give your name out, don't put pictures of yourself on the internet, etc.

I used to not like myspace for the sole reason that it was ugly. But now I like it because it helps support up-and-coming artists ^^ (I'm not lumping Tristania into this category though... they're from the 90's.)
