From a brief glance, I'd say that the first character is a length.

Other than that, I couldn't say. Your response is probably based on the packet that they sent, somehow.

Wow...the site actually requires IE and Windows..and then when I spoof it it looks great.  Wonderful.

You'd have to tell us what happens when the packets are received/sent...

Looks like the first byte is Length - Header
and the 4th byte is the packet ID.

Other than that, its just numbers unless you can tell us something else...although I suspect its looking for game version/system info

It looks fine in Windows Firefox, won't come up in Safari 3 for Windows, but looks fine in Opera.
