Title: MySpace Suicide lady indicted on computer hacking charges

Basically, they're nailing her for intense computer hacking crimes.  This interpretation of the law, though, means that if you've ever lied online about anything while registering for something, you're a computer hacker.

That's not the best thing to hear, really.  It's a rather resourceful use of law intended for another purpose.

Yeah, god.  I've lost count of how many times I've impersonated someone else or lied about my age, sex, location, etc.

Its not the law, its how they're using it.  But I guess if you read it and take it at face value, she accessed a computer she didnt have permission to.  :-\
