As I pulled up they started getting out of vans. I'm presuming John McCain ate there too. He is in town, talking tomorrow morning.
Could you at least exaggerate with a number not greater than the entire worlds human population.. times ten?

It almost always does. Bush 04 was the first time in a while it was red IIRC.
Real numbers:
3 large Ford passenger vans full of them.

It went blue on '00? I can't remember. Then again, before '00 there was the Clinton era.
Almost everything went blue then, so it doesn't really count :P.
I dont *think* we voted for Bush 41 either, I could be wrong.
But the vast majority of local politicians are blue, creating a SOLID blue state legislature, pretty much by 2-1. Been blue since the 70s, earlier? I can't remember or find it right now.
We're definitely a swing state for federal elections. We have two R reps and one D. One D and one R senator.
