Sort of an interesting discussion, I think. Although the interviewer seemed to be pretty dense about it, although the interviewee was really patient.. :)
I hate Bill O'Reilly....
I have no idea who he is, but all I know is, in that interview, he was an idiot. :)

In every clip I've seen of him, he behaves similarly. Here's him flipping out a long time ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tJjNVVwRCY
Another one where he fails at debate: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=beJ9yJpR_DA
O'Reilly's definition of a debate is interrupting and yelling over anyone that disagrees with them.
This thread wasn't supposed to be about O'Reilly, I didn't even know who he was. More about the idea of posting illegally obtained information. Apparently, if you legally obtain information that was obtained illegally, it's still ok to post it. Obviously, that's the premise behind Wikileaks. I had no idea it worked like that!
But besides that, I still have to comment on the clips...

Haha, that's crazy! He acted like a complete jerk there!

That part about taking things out of context is hilarious, and completely flipped what he was saying. That's so funny! :)
Seems like he just repeats the same things and talks down them, in that clip, assuming things like he'd never read that book. Somebody has to say this: CrAz3d? Is that you? :)
O'Reilly thinks loud means right. Theres a clip of like a highschooler owning him on YouTube.

Haha, yeah. I think that's the second one I linked. It annoys me that he's still on the air.

It was an amazing video. The student should be proud! :)
Ah, I didn't even see your second link :O.

"Bart, your mother makes a very loud point."

I think O'Reilly was insinuating that the kid was on drugs.
4chan is serious business.
So, allegedly in retaliation for O'Reilly's attack on Wikileaks, some folks attacked his site and got access to the admin panel (http://blogs.zdnet.com/security/?p=1958), which was apparently unprotected (except by a private URL). This admin panel listed the passwords of 205 users of the site, in cleartext.
Naturally, the story was posted to wikileaks (http://www.wikileaks.org/wiki/Conservative_commentator_Bill_O%27Reilly%27s_website_hacked), along with a screenshot (http://www.wikileaks.org/leak/bill-oreilly-hacked-2008.jpg) as proof of the hack.
Anybody want to congratulate O'Reilly for painting a Bull's Eye on his head?

Wow, it stores people's passwords in plain text, and *displays* them for admins? That is pretty retarded to start with.

LOL. That's awesome!
Yeah, while the users don't necessarily deserve it, I don't feel sorry for O'Reilly in the slightest.
