Yes, it is. I was about to say "No, that's a defias pirate, stupid!" but I figured out I clicked on the fourth image. :P Also, her hair style is closer to the female defias renegade mage, and her costumes a little wrong, but that's cosplay for you. ::)

I think he was more worried about the fact that you know the differences between the in game characters hair styles and stuff.

lol, fair enough. Like I said -- to each his own! I think it's pretty impressive that you recalled the hairstyle of a fairly obscure NPC and noted that the person in the picture's costume was inaccurate. :)
I've leveled up quite a few characters, and unfortunately, Blizzard loved the defias brotherhood in the starting areas. :(
Also, the deadmines are awesome. :)
