Varies province by province. He's going to be in Ontario, so it's 19, although underage drinking at home with parental supervision is apparently legal there.

I'm not really sure how close Thunder Bay is to Windsor.. But I'm going back to the states for the month of  November, so I won't  be here anyways. :-/

I would guess roughly 1,259 km.

Also, when you say "Windsor, Canada", that's like saying "Springfield, USA".  Not very specific.  :\

Haha, only 70% of the states (http://springfield.ftldesign.com/) have a Springfield!
