I 100% agree with the conclusion that some people can't program, period. I've been saying it for years, and it's awesome to see it spelled out!

Yeah, I first read that article from a link at Coding Horror (http://www.codinghorror.com/blog/archives/000635.html).  It's fascinating stuff :)
