Watch the video.  Google Wave is a new model for communication and collaboration on the web, coming later this year.  Think Email, IMs and everything in between, except better.

Actually I hadn't activated my account after Google invited me, and I just tried to and now its saying my invite isn't valid? Could I possibly get an invite?
