You lose. The low FPS is from STARZ + End of round stats. The resolution is Warry having a shitty monitor.

When I used to hack in 1.6 my fps was always 60+... have 15 is barely fast enough to emulate movement to your eyes.

Also that FPS is the refresh rate of the GUI of STARZ not the game itself. Eww if I had a low FPS
