This is very old. It was basically, in theory, a way to strike down the purpose of 1337speak. They're saying to all those l33t hax0rz that they can read the language, too. There's no way to hide from The Man.
On an almost totally unrelated note, I live near the Hacker family. =)
Yeah, that is quite old.
Ew at you using the world of warcraft theme. Windows Classic > *.
iSkin > Windows Classic

Nope, takes more system resources. It may look slightly nicer, but I've found shell modifiers to be buggy and system-hindering in the past.

this is why you dont exploit bugs :). on another note, it doesnt seem to take a lot of memory.
@deadly7: Silver Skin sucks.
edit:the WoW skin is the worst one of all of the skins. it used my all my comp's virtual memory which is why my comp said that it was running out. thats right. FUCK YOU SKINSFACTORY. also my comp's memory is 512MB.

You all take visual effects over performance? You're all crazy.
Oh wait, I use windows. Damnit. =(
hehe.. duh.
I actually like StyleXP. Uses no resources, absolutely not buggy, nice old-windows-looking style (Watercolor Blue), it flows and nice and light, works perfectly.

I've used it in the past and still didn't like it. Maybe I was just using crappy themes or something. Can you send a screenshot of your desktop? :)
I currently using the world of warcraft theme. IT OWNS.

I used it for about 20 seconds before I vomited all over my keyboard.

It's not just the choppiness, it's the fact that I really don't like how it looks. The choppiness definitely was a turn off, though. I don't much like that shell modifying program anyway. I think I'll stick with Windows Classic until someone shows me something that looks decent, performs well and doesn't make me puke. :)

Quite old, different bot icons occupy that space now ;)
Shortly after I posted that, I decided to make the taskbar slightly opaque. I'll update it sooner or later. I like it, it looks like the classic theme, yet fits with my Trillian Pro theme and allows the entire desktop to be really slick. I can't stand dark themes because when visiting light-colored sites, it makes it feel confined or something. I don't know, I just get a bad vibe. Watercolor Blue from StyleXP.
I like it. Thanks for uploading the screenshots. I'll have to check into it some time.

That's a given. You knew what he meant, don't correct him on the obvious. You seem to do that A LOT.
