It's from Trigger Happy TV (http://www.triggerhappytv.com/), on Comedy Central 2pm EST.  They basically do all sorts of random shit and get it on tape.  It's amazing :)

I know that, but it's not as funny. It's more expectable in someplace like NYC because it's the US and crazy things happen here all the time. Someone will just be like "oh, am I on tv?!"
