Today, I will teach you how to make a COMPLETE tech sig. The background is a tutorial from a different site which I found to be really cool.Brushes and borders by Devo.
SECTION 1:The Background
-- Open a new document 500x500.
-- Fill it in with black
-- Go to Filter>>Render>>Lens Flare and place 3 in the corners. Something like this:

-- Now go to Filter>>Sketch>>Chrome. Use the default settings.
-- Now press CTRL + B and colorize.
-- Crop the part you want to be your background for the signature.
SECTION 2:The Border
-- On top of your sig, create a new layer. Set the style to Normal.
-- Fill it in with black.
-- Select the rectangular lasso tool and cut out the shape of your border. Press Delete.
-- Go to your layer, and select blending options. Use these options:

-- Now create a new layer behind the layer with the border.
-- Fill it in with black.
-- Use the Polygonal Lasso Tool again to cut out the shape of your border. Press Delete.
-- Use the same Blending Options.
SECTION 3:The Brushing and the Text
-- For this tutorial you might need some brushes:
Advenced Tech Brushes (http://www.freewebs.com/devd2/advancetechbrushpack1.abr) -- For PhotoShop 7.0
Advanced Tech Brushes (http://www.freewebs.com/devd2/advancetechbrushpack2.abr) -- For PhotoShop CS
-- Now basically you decide how you want to do it. Go crazy, make it look unique!
-- I'm pretty sure everyone knows how to add text, so I won't go over that.
