I don't use more than one, I use 99% Linux.  But somebody else might!

Slackware Linux (when I'm bored)
Ubuntu Linux (on a day to day basis, on my second computer)
Windows XP (On JoeMomma, on a day to day basis)
MacOS X (On my mommys computer, ^.^)
JoeOS (When I'm *really* bored)
Windows 3.11 (When I wanna play a game of MIG-29 on poptart, its rather addicting)

Windows XP Pro (my computer/family computer)
Windows XP Home (brothers computer)
Windows x64 Pro (when I feel like having 0% of my drivers work)
Slackware (when iago is on AIM to help me)
OpenBSD (on my 333mhz machine)
