The war on "piracy" is even worse off than the war on "drugs" is.

Proves? I won't trying to prove anything..

But I guess if you want it to, then I guess it proves that they haven't made any difference since drug/piracy levels here are comparable to drugs/piracy in the USA.

I don't think the Canadians have a war on piracy/drugs is because everyone is generally too high to give a flying flip

It seems, from people I've talked to, that there's more drug use in the US.  But that's just the impression I got.

Xar is an insane guy who lives on the west-coast
Xor is a logical operator
x0r, or Tmp, is a friend of Xar who also lives on the west-coast
Xir is one of Linux/Dx's many names.
