Title: Stealing from the Construction Site [Solved]

James was working for a construction company that was concerned about employee theft.  Somebody tipped off the Guard (say, Chris) that James is the one to watch.  Every night, he passed through security with a wheelbarrow full of scrap lumber, discarded electrical wires, and chunks of concrete.  Chris checked the content daily, but could find nothing of value.  What was James stealing?
