Looks pretty good. Best of all, its free. Right now, I'm checking it out (from CVS, I mean).
That's not step by step. That's using a fucking shell script. =P
No its not! Using the shellscript is just one step! =p
I used Linux-gamers to install Quake 3 from the Windows disk ^^
One of you has to help me with Linux sometime, I'd love to get on Linux, but, I can't seem to get the damned thing installed. (Atleast FC4, that is.)
Install Slackware instead. Forget fedora core =). Yeah, I didn't have any trouble installing Slackware, yet I didn't have any success using the internet with it, heh. But thats because I was trying to use a Winmodem with it, so don't worry.
Other choice is Ubuntu, which I'm running right now.

How's Ubuntu?
Debian-based... but I remember trying to install Cedega from CVS before... it didn't work :(
This worked fine, and it was so easy even I could do it.
Ubuntu is as easy to use as Windows, as powerful and flexible as Linux.
I need to figure out how to install fonts. :P

I might have to try that out. I think it was my hardware configuration that did FC4 in.
