Hehehe. Yay. Now I don't have to get a yahoo account to bug Quik! :P
They implemented the oscar protocol in MSN once too. It didn't go over very well =p
grrrr
i just saw that on Google's Personalized home and was about to post it :(
anyways this looks sweet. although i wonder if i have to use my MSN or my Yahoo account to sign in...
Only worth something to the people who use the MSN client purely. Users on Gaim can have MSN and Yahoo accounts simultaniously, and therefore this is quite pointless. But oh well.

That is why it stated this was to counteract products such as Trillian. :P
I would rather use something that's built by the makers of the network to merge their two chat protocols than a make-shift project someone's made.
Gaim's great, but it's glitchy in my experiences.
OMG, there's going to be Yahoo newbies on MSN T_T. How will their features mix o_O ?
So I wonder how the protocol for YIM and MSN will change, and how it will effect programs such as Trillian and Gaim.
If it affects Gaim, I'll tell people from yahoo and MSN to change to AIM if they value talking to me, and stop using YIM and MSN.
The interesting thing is that everyone clowns AOL as an ISP but love their IM service ;P
I hate AOL and AIM, TBH.
I don't really like AIM, but I use it because that's what everyone I know uses.
I use GAIM and Trillian. I think it's funny when Joe thinks I'm on GAIM and trys to h4x my GAIM encryption key while I'm on Trillian.
Yeah, you probably should stop switching back and forth, seeing as how you're on auto-encrypt..
